Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

Delivery Time
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the supplier (Printful), but are usually:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 5–7 business days

  • Europe (EU): 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

Please note: shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs, local delivery services, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

  • Netherlands & Belgium: €4.95 flat rate

  • Free shipping on orders over €75

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Multiple Shipments
Because we work with several eco-conscious suppliers (Printful & TPOP), your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive tracking info per shipment.

Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide, except to the following countries due to legal or logistical restrictions: Rusia

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@evertruewear.com and we’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. Evertrue is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll investigate and either resend or refund your order.
